About the Artist

I am a storyteller, a dirt-road traveler, and a cloud chaser. My art is rooted in the rugged beauty of the American West—the place that has shaped my family for generations and continues to shape my soul.

As a fifth-generation Texan living between Wyoming and Colorado, I draw inspiration from the land, its textures, its history, and the treasures it holds. I hand-cast pewter pendants from vintage treasures discovered on our family ranch and beyond, transforming forgotten pieces of the past into original, wearable works of art.

Each piece is created to carry a story, honoring the grit, grace, and enduring spirit of the West. I see my work as both artifact and adornment—something to be worn, treasured, and passed along.I walk the line between old and new, honoring the past while forging something unmistakably my own.

My pieces are made with a deep respect for history, craftsmanship, and the beauty found in things that have already lived a life.TresMelindas has been honored by the Western Design Conference for Art to Wear and has been frequently featured in Cowboys & Indians Magazine (2023–2025).My work is not merely worn; it is carried like a story, held close to the heart.
